A commission is a monthly bill that never arrives.
It is taken before the money reaches you — every stay, every season, for as long as you list. There is no invoice to question and no line to negotiate, and it grows at exactly the rate you do. 15% is the standard rate at Booking.com and rises with the visibility programmes; Airbnb takes less from you and charges your guest on top, which is money that could have been your nightly rate.

Full AI integration, and management of the entire system
Ask it how a month went, which apartment is empty next week, what a guest has paid before, or who is cleaning on Saturday — and it answers in the language you work in. Every answer is a lookup in your own data, and when there is nothing to find it says so instead of guessing. It also drafts: a reply to a guest from your intent, a listing description, a nightly price, the day's briefing.

No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required.
What happens after the trial?
Choose a plan to keep your dashboard unlocked. Your units, bookings and guest data stay safe and waiting either way.
Can I connect Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes — two-way iCal sync, so nights sold on one channel close on the others, including stays imported from a channel you also sell on. It is not instant: your calendar is published the moment a booking lands, each channel reads it on its own schedule, and imports run once a day.
Is there a commission on direct bookings?
No. Your direct booking page is 0% commission, always — you keep everything you earn.
Can I cancel anytime?
