03The assistant
Say it. Confirm it.
The assistant reads your own bookings, guests, calendar and cleaning — never anyone else's — and answers in the language you work in. Tell it what to do and it shows you a card: unit, dates, guest, price. Nothing happens until you press Confirm.
It proposes; you confirm. Every change is recorded with your name, and when there is nothing to find it says so instead of guessing.

They pay a deposit or the full amount by card — Monri or Stripe — or by bank transfer, with a deadline that frees the nights by itself if the money does not come. It is taken before the money reaches you — every stay, every season, for as long as you list. There is no invoice to question and no line to negotiate, and it grows at exactly the rate you do. Put your own numbers in and see what a year of it comes to.

Every guest gets one page for their stay, and it changes as the stay does: the confirmation and how to pay, then the online check-in, then the door code and the WiFi on the day, then the review. In their language, on their phone, with your name on it.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with everything switched on, and no card is asked for.
What happens after the trial?

Can I connect Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes — and Vrbo, Expedia, Agoda and 80 more portals. Nights sold on one close on the others, bookings land in your calendar, and a clash is reported weeks ahead.
Is there a commission on direct bookings?
No. Your booking page takes 0% on every plan, Mini included — you keep everything you earn.
Can guests pay online?
Yes. A deposit or the full amount by card — Monri or Stripe — or by bank transfer, with a deadline that frees the nights by itself if the payment does not arrive.
Do guests register themselves?
Yes. From the link in their mail they fill in the register for everyone in the party, scan a passport with the phone camera and sign the rental agreement. The door code appears when you decide.
Can my cleaner use it?
Yes. A cleaner has her own login and sees her cleanings and nothing else. Cleaner and co-host logins are on Pro and Max.
